Dr. Kiran Bedi is the first woman in India to join the officer ranks of the Indian Police Service (IPS), social activist and tennis player, who was the 24th Lieutenant Governor of Puducherry She is the first Indian female to become an officer in the Indian Police Service and started her service in 1972. She remained in service for 35 years before taking voluntary retirement in 2007 as Director General, Bureau of Police Research and Development.

Mugdha Arora is working in social sector for the past 15 years and is an expert in the subject matter of corporate social responsibility. She co-founded many social initiatives, an ex-GE Executive, she is co-founder and currently the sub-editor of CSR Good Book, a compendium of sustainable and socially responsible brands corporations and foundations. She is the Award director at Mahatma Award, the highest honor for social impact leaders and change makers and under her leadership CSR Good Book initiative has gained tremendous momentum not only in India but in United States.

In addition, I am a qualified Company Secretary being a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
I have had a long stint of over 30 years in the Human Resources and Legal functions in the hospitality space across diverse international and domestic brands.
Over the past three decades, my focus has been on strengthening the people development agenda within highly customer-focused organizations by providing expertise in field of Strategic Human Resources Business Planning
